Centrifugal Separation

CFAST ES’s liquid/liquid centrifugal separator uses “G”- forces generated by centrifugal motion to separate immiscible liquids of different densities. This principle of accelerated settling enables different phases of fluid to separate much quicker.  An AC inverter drive controller provides for precise control of the rotor speed. This technology is suitable for the treatment and recovery of methanol, glycol, and hydrocarbons. When used for hydrocarbon recovery, the separator typically produces pipeline quality oil with a BS&W of <1% that can be pumped back to the customer for sale. It also produces a water cut that typically has an oil concentration of <150 PPM

CORE Technology

CORE Logo.JPG

CFAST ES utilizes its CORE Unit to help oil and gas producers resolve a host of potential issues with produced water, completion fluid flowbacks, pipeline fluids filtration and other problematic produced water streams. Using the CORE technology, CFAST ES is able to produce overboard quality water, which meets all NPDES guidelines, without the use of any costly bulk media vessels.

MZP Media

CFAST ES’s MZP is a modified Zeolite filter media that currently leads the industry in economical water treatment. MZP is a modified Zeolite conception with a crystalline structure, similar to honeycomb, consisting of an interconnected network of tunnels and cages.  With its high specific surface area and Contaminant Encapsulation Technology, MZP yields the ability of adsorbing approximately 70% of its own weight in hydrocarbons. Our extensive field testing has demonstrated the removal of a wide range of contaminants all the way down to non-detectable levels, resulting in discharge fluid exceeding typical NPDES regulatory standards.
